 Traditional Ashtanga yoga follows the same sequence of steps and poses, in a precise order. It is based on the Yoga Philosophy of Patanjali. The aim is to create harmony in the physical (Ashana), energetic (Pranayama), emotional (Pretyahara), and mental (Dharana) aspects of our beings as humans.
