Boxing is not just an arm workout; when done properly it is a full body workout — legs, core, back, shoulders and arms; as well as a cardiovascular workout. Includes floor work with conditioning drills. Led by a Golden Gloves Recipient.

Using a stationary bike, Spin Bike focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity periods of cycling, and recovery. Routines are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Dumbbell exercises and floor work integrate cardiovascular exercise with strength training.

This fun group session for teens consists of stretching, core warm up, and a dance combo.

Yoga Stretch consists of meta-movements that include transitions between hatha yoga postures, Level I Pilates stretches, dance exercise, and breathing techniques. Alignment of the body using a gentle approach is the key to obtaining outstanding results.
