Pickleball Signup Forms
Two Peaks Fitness is assisting the local Pickleball community for access to the Roger Brunelli gymnasium during the winter months. Please download the following forms to register to use the Brunelli gymnasium to play Pickleball. (The Pickleball community will maintain the signup calendar.)
Completed forms should be emailed to info@twopeaksfitness.org. Please come to Two Peaks Fitness, 216 S Main St in La Veta to drop off payments.
You will be invoiced each month in advance via email for the months you have committed to play in the Brunelli gymnasium. As the school district requires payment in advance, please pay in a timely manner to help the payment process run as smoothly as possible!
