Pickleball Signup Forms
Two Peaks Fitness is assisting the local Pickleball community for access to the Roger Brunelli gymnasium during the winter months. Please download the following forms to register to use the Brunelli gymnasium for Pickleball between January-May 2025. (The Pickleball community will maintain the signup calendar.)
Completed forms should be emailed to info@twopeaksfitness.org. Please make payments via Zelle to info@twopeaksfitness.org.
Starting in January (for February usage), you will be invoiced via email for the months you have committed to play in the Brunelli gymnasium. As the school district requires payment in advance, please pay in a timely manner to help the payment process run as smoothly as possible!
