Boxing: Boxing is not just an arm workout; when done properly it is a full body workout — legs, core, back, shoulders and arms; as well as a cardiovascular workout. Includes floor work with conditioning drills.

Hatha & Chair Yoga: These sessions include the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as mediation.

Kickboxing: Learn kickboxing for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. For ages 18 and up.

Modern Dance: Interpretative Dancing, a.k.a Modern Dance, for well-being and movement of body. Freestyle movements, top to bottom, head to toe. For all ages and disabilities.

Pickleball: A fast-paced for with many similarities to tennis, badminton, and table tennis (Ping-Pong); played on a level court with short-handled paddles and a perforated hollow plastic ball volleyed over a low net. Can play as singles (2 players) or doubles (teams of two).

Power Fitness: Focuses on using a workout using a mixture of cardio, light boxing, and weight lifting.

Qi Gong: Presented via video with Lee Holden’s Qi Gong series. Qi Gong is a movement and meditation focusing on gentle stretching exercises that increase flexibility. Each practice combines the benefits of physical exercise, stretching, and meditation.

Senior Pilates with Fresh Start: These group sessions are geared towards older adults. All movements and exercises are designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance, core strength, and coordination of left, right, and opposite sides of the body. The intent is to improve the conditions that occur as we age.

Senior Stretch: Learn proper stretching through gradual simple stretches that target most frequently used during normal day-to-day activities. Offset accumulated mental and physical tension and regain range of motion, elasticity, flexibility, and strength.

Spin Bike: Using a stationary bike, Spin Bike focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity periods of cycling, and recovery. Routines are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Dumbbell exercises and floor work integrate cardiovascular exercise with strength training.

Stretch & Strength: Stretch & Strength is a co-taught class and varies slightly from week to week. It includes stretches, light weights, and yoga-like poses to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Expect some floor work and work for abs, arms, and legs. With a 5-minute relaxation practice at the end, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated.

Strength Training: Includes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and circuit style training. Focus varies between certain muscle groups and full body.

Swiss Ball: Swiss Ball provides opportunities for increasing balance and agility while using your abs and glutes, while coordinating upper and lower extremity movements. It builds core strength and can create tighter abs and slimmer thighs when done on a regular basis.

Zumba: Zumba is a dance-based group session using a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow-moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body, and is for adults of all ages and fitness levels.
